this game was inspired by wipeout. i created it because
i was bored making maps for Oblivion. heh. it could use
a hell of a lot of new features... but i'll get to that later.

if you have difficulty running this:
  try setting the ems properties for qb.exe to Auto
  or on win98 < :

  Exerpt from DirectQB.doc

  ------

  try adding these lines at the beginning of your CONFIG.SYS file:

  DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\HIMEM.SYS
  DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\EMM386.EXE <amount> RAM

  Where <amount> must be a number specifying the amount of EMS memory in KB to
  make available under DOS. Here I also suppose you have Windows 95 under the
  C:\WINDOWS directory. So to have 4 MB of free EMS memory, you should add:

  DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\EMM386.EXE 4000 RAM

  That's all. After adding those lines, reboot your system, and EMS will be
  available, and ready to be used by the library.

  ------

this program is provided as is, i seriously doubt it'll
cause any damage to your computer, but hey, you have the
source in front of you. you're welcome to use the engine
to make a new game as long as you send me a copy, change
the name, and give propper credit. :)
